Maintain active homeowner's insurance coverage.
Provide 24 hour access to a home
Provide private and secure bedroom with mattress and box spring
Provide bathroom which may be individual or shared
Provide kitchen and laundry (if available) privileges
No long term contract required, host at your discretion (within student rotation timeline)
Provide safe environment to include written fire safety plan, home safety inspection, smoke and drug-free environment, and smoke detectors
All adult occupants must pass background checks
Notify THEARI immediately of any issues, injuries, damages, or other concerns

Carry individual healthcare coverage
No overnight guests or pets
Keep living area clean
No expectation of meals
May arrive one day prior, but must vacate home by noon the day after the rotation end date
Will not smoke, consume any alcohol or use recreational drugs at the host home
Will not bring weapons into the host home
Pass background checks
Notify THEARI immediately of any issues, injuries, damages, or other concerns

To ensure that students and hosts are able to share housing accommodations with reasonable expectations, THEARI asks all hosts and students to abide by these agreements and policies.
